MyCoreCircuit exists for one simple reason: to make sure every fitness gadget you buy actually earns its place in your workout.

We’re not a warehouse full of trending products. We’re a small, obsessed team that tests, breaks, and re-tests smart fitness gear — so the only gadgets that reach our shelves are the ones we’d trust with our own training.

The Story That Started It All

Like most fitness lovers, we got burned by gadgets before we ever sold one.

A “smart” jump rope that never synced. A heart rate monitor that guessed. A $90 massage gun that died three weeks in — followed by a support email that was never answered. Our home gym looked like a graveyard of overhyped fitness tech.

So we asked a simple question: why is it so hard to buy a fitness gadget that actually works?

The answer was that nobody was curating. Stores were listing thousands of products and letting customers be the quality control. We decided to flip that model. In 2022, MyCoreCircuit was born — not as a marketplace, but as a filter.

The Circuit Test: If It Can’t Survive Us, We Won’t Sell It

Every gadget we consider goes through a real-world gauntlet we call The Circuit Test:

1. The Sync Test It must pair with iOS and Android in under a minute, on the first try. If setup requires a 40-minute tutorial and three app permissions, it fails.

2. The 1,000-Workout Test We drop it, sweat on it, overcharge it, toss it in gym bags, and use it through thousands of reps. If it cracks, desyncs, or dies — it’s out.

3. The Data Test We compare its numbers against gym-grade equipment. If the rep count, heart rate, or weight reading drifts, it doesn’t make the cut.

4. The Support Test We call the manufacturer’s support line anonymously. If nobody picks up, we don’t stock it — because someday, you might need them too.

Roughly 1 in 12 gadgets passes. That’s why our catalog is small on purpose. We’d rather sell 11 gadgets we believe in than 1,000 we don’t.
